The AT24C08D-XHM-T Memory Chips are 8-Kbit Serial EEPROMs which feature a two-wire I2C interface. This device is organized as 8,192 8-bit words and is capable of both random and sequential reads and writes. The address can be incremented automatically after each byte, allowing continuous data transfer. The device is available in 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin SOIC and 3.2mm x 2.5mm DFN packages.
